Erin attended the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities from 2013-2017 where she received her BA in Dance. During her time there, she trained in Horton, Alexander, and Graham techniques under the instruction of Toni Piece-Sands, Erin Thompson and Scott Rink. She had the opportunity to perform original works by Maurya Kerr, Justin Jones, as well as, "Panorama" by Martha Graham, alongside creating her own choreographic works. In addition, she was involved in the Bodystorming System, which is a technique developed by choreographer Carl Flink and biomedical engineer David Odde to "use dance as a tool for communication and investigation". |
